E-shop接受信用卡 (VISA卡、萬事達卡、 美國運通卡) 付款方式。當顧客確認訂單資料後，付款程序將於第三方付款服務平台作交易處理，E-shpo不會於此程序上記錄顧客的信用卡資料。當顧客作出訂購時，即同意及接納受其條款及細則所限，顧客的信用卡資料將會被付款服務平台供應商收集、處理及保留。顧客亦明白將有可能單獨承擔於進行信用卡網上交易時所招致或產生的任何損失，我們於任何情況下均毋須承擔任何有關全部或部分損失。 2. 當顧客成功提交訂貨後，我們將根據顧客所提供之電郵地址，於付款後即時以電郵方式傳送到顧客所登記的電郵，並列明訂單內的收件人之姓名、地址、產品項目、數量、禮籃內的各項贈品／賀咭等詳情、及預算送貨時間。請仔細核實電郵內容、所訂購的貨品及送貨詳情，確保訂單的資料正確。 3. 我們恕不負責因顧客提供的一切錯誤資料，或因其他非我們所能控制之因素問題等而導致有所延誤或未能成功發送的相關退款／換貨／賠償。 4. 任何網上購買之訂單一經接納，恕不設退款、退貨／換貨。 如需要更改訂單送貨安排或對訂單有任何問題，顧客可透過Whatsapp (+852) 6280 4959或電子郵件cshk@expanscience.com聯絡我們。 5. 本網站顯示的所有價錢均以港幣計算，所標示之價格及推廣優惠只適用於E-shop。 【送貨安排及運費計算】 1. 送貨服務範圍只限香港境內，包括香港島、九龍、新界及部份偏遠地區，包括：大嶼山（如:梅窩）、南丫島、坪洲、長洲、大澳、愉景灣 、馬灣。偏遠地區送貨服務範圍以提交訂單後核實作準。所有貨品/禮籃不派送各醫院及機場。 2. 香港島、九龍、新界區的住宅及商業區之運費為$40；以上偏遠地區運費為$100。只限網店: 即日至2026年8月31日，香港島、九龍、新界之送貨服務可享運費全免之優惠，上述偏遠地區送貨服務可享優惠價$60，將會於付款時扣除。 3. 送貨時間 (只供參考)： ※星期一 ，三，五：香港島、東九龍區 (寶琳, 將軍澳, 九龍城區, 觀塘區, 黃大仙區, 西貢, 紅磡, 黃埔, 何文田) 、新界東 (沙田區, 大埔區, 粉嶺,  馬鞍山) ※星期二，四：香港島 (南區除外)、九龍區 (柯士甸, 奧運, 太子, 大角咀, 油尖旺區, 深水埗區)、新界西 (荃灣區, 葵青區, 屯門, 元朗, 天水圍, 東涌指定地區); 離島區送貨時間約為下單後5個工作天左右，實際時間以外判速遞公司送貨時間作準。 【General conditions】 1. In case of any dispute, Babo Botanicals® Hong Kong reserves the right to interpret and finalize the terms & conditions of the terms & its listed services. 【Shopping flow & Return Policy】 1. E-shop accepts credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) payment. After the customer confirms the order details, the online payment process will be processed by the third-party payment service platform. E-shop will not record the customer's credit card information on this process. When a customer makes an order, it means they agree and accept the relevant terms and conditions subject to them, and the customer's credit card information will be collected, processed, and retained by the payment service platform provider. The prices and promotional offers indicated are only applicable to E-shop. 【Delivery arrangement and delivery fee calculation】 1. The scope of delivery service is limited to Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, and some remote areas, including Lantau Island (e.g. Mui Wo), Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, Tai O, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan. The scope of delivery services in remote areas is subject to final confirmation after the order details is confirmed. Delivery service to all hospitals and the airport is suspended. 2. Delivery fee for residential and commercial areas in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories is $40. Delivery fee for remote area listed above is $100. *Online shop only: from now until Aug 31, 2026. You can enjoy FREE shipping for delivering to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, and a discounted delivery fee at $60 for remote areas, which will be deducted at the time of payment. 3.
